The 3rd 5-Week Term Block of Mindful Yoga & Sound Journey for Men is launching Saturday, 5 April 2025, 7:01 AM @ Conscious Meeting Space, Maroochydore.

This is your chance to slow life down, move with purpose, breathe with awareness, and connect with a crew of health-conscious men doing the same.

What to Expect:

🌀 Grounding Breathwork & Movement – Facilitated by Kayur Kotecha, physiotherapist & mindful yoga teacher. Foundational postures, breathwork, and transitions designed to build strength, mobility, and awareness—without the rush, without the fluff. We move with balance, effort, and ease.

🎶 Immersive Sound Journey – Guided by Sandeep Gupta, holistic medicine doctor & sound practitioner. A deeply relaxing experience using sound vibrations to harmonise the nervous system and restore balance.

🧘 Physiotherapist-Led Guidance – Your body is unique, and this practice meets you where you’re at. Modifications, variations, and intelligent sequencing to optimise YOUR movement.
