A yoga class designed for the busy mind - you will experience a practice of gentle breathwork, mindful movement and a nourishing space to surrender. Experience the benefits of this practice for reducing stress, overwhelm and anxiety, better sleep and moving through the day more easefully. Have more clarity, a sense of inner peace and stillness.
