This mindful Yoga and Art Workshop empowers Tween Girls (aged approx 7-12) with practices to support:

This three and a half hour School Holiday Workshop includes Yoga movement, Relaxation, Mindfulness Meditation (including activities to learn to design your own mindfulness), Art and Craft (we'll use paint to support creative expression and will also design our own breathing bracelets or mandalas) and much more.

BYO Mat, blanket/pillow, healthy and nutritious Morning Tea/lunch, water.
