Experts estimate that an average person has Up To 50,000 daily thoughts and 70% of them are NEGATIVE. 

Isn't that mindblowing?! 😮

Brain scans have revealed that when your mind wanders, it switches into “autopilot” mode, without conscious awareness of what you are doing. Our autopilot mode seems to be run by a set of brain structures called the default mode network (DMN). The problem with going about our life in an autopilot model is that too often our experience of life is derailed by over-load, multi-tasking and lack of focus on what matters. 

Sometimes our minds are so full – we are not Mindful – that we end up living a Mindless life.

With a mindless lifestyle, people are subject to “Burnout Syndrome” which is a global epidemic. The World Health Organization recently added “Burnout Syndrome” to its list of diagnoses. The syndrome is characterized by Exhaustion, Negative attitude, Lack of motivation, Fatigue, and Headaches. 🤒🤕

The antidote for Burnout syndrome is "Mindfulness" practice - An ancient wisdom backed by modern science.

Jon Kabat-Zinn defines “Mindfulness as paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.”

Mindfulness is a Metal exercise a fitness activity for the brain. By practising Mindfulness we can be fully awake in our lives. It is about perceiving the exquisite vividness of each moment. Through this practice, you will be able to access your own powerful inner resources for insight, transformation, and healing.
