Learn how to create your own personalised bracelet while exploring simple journalling activities designed to encourage self-reflection, positivity and celebrating the things that make you unique. This is a welcoming space to slow down, get creative and focus on yourself. Whether you love journalling, making jewelry or simply want some quiet time to relax, come along, enjoy the creative process and leave with something special you've made yourself.

Please wear something comfortable on the day as we will be stretching.

Cost: $15-$25 plus booking fee - includes, yoga mat, journal and branchlet
