Our popular 8-week intensive course on again and commencing on 18 October 2021.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an internationally recognised evidence-based, holistic, whole-body stress reduction program. Using aspects of meditation, mindfulness and yoga the course aims to decrease stress levels, manage pain, improve mood and help with life's daily challenges.
This course includes 8-evening sessions in our new training room at Boab Health Services, PLUS a full-day mini-retreat
