    During this 8 week course you will practice a range of mindfulness skills in weekly classes and also at home daily, using provided recordings. Included are formal meditation practices, gentle movements, discussions in a safe group setting about peoples discoveries and ideas and informal ways to use mindfulness in daily life. Consider it as a lived experience to discover how a regular and structured routine of mindfulness will affect you and your lifestyle.
