Mindfulness Fundraiser for Palestine: Breathwork, Journaling, and Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a special 2-hour wellness event to raise funds for Palestine! 100% of the profit will be going to charity.

This event is a co-creation we have put together to help bring awareness and raise money for Palestine, whilst also bringing you a holistic wellness and mindfulness event for you to give back to yourself.

There will be:

Heart-opening cacao ceremony from Isla Grace - a Naturopath & Cacao Ceremony facilitator.

Guided breathwork journey from Kaity Gould - Trauma-informed Breathwork Practitioner & facilitator.

Astrology and guided journaling from Zsania Rose / Ascension of Venus - Astrologer & Creative.

This will be hosted in the beautiful Golden Yogi yoga studio in Takapuna, which has been kindly donated to us for this event, which means more profit going to Palestine.

Together, we will create space for reflection, connection, and empowerment—while contributing to an important cause. All profits from the event will be donated to the Doctors Without Boarders Fund providing essential health care and immediate support to those affected in Palestine.

This event is open to all. No prior experience in astrology, journaling, or breathwork is needed—just come as you are, with an open heart and mind.

To ensure you're most comfortable throughout the workshop please consider and bring the following:

+ Wear loose clothing that you feel comfortable to move, sit and lay down in. Avoid restrictive waist bands and straps.

+ Water bottle and lip balm to stay hydrated throughout the breathwork.

+ Journal & pen

+ A snack for after as breathwork can increase your appetite.

+ A yoga mat to lay down on and a blanket for your integration period.

+ As well as anything else you would like to support your time together.

The cacao will be made with pure Seleno health ceremonial cacao, filtered water, coconut sugar, cinnamon, all spice, salt, vanilla extract.

If you have contraindications for cacao and breathwork listed here please let us know in advance.

Breathwork is not recommended for anyone who has had a stroke or heart attack. It is also not recomended for anyone who is currently pregnant, if you're pregnant you're welcome to join us, please just let, Kaity know so she can give you an alternative breathwork technique.

ALL PROCEEDS FOR THIS EVENT WILL BE GIVEN DIRECTLY TO DOCTORS WITHOUT BOARDERS TO SUPPORT THE CRISIS IN GAZA.
