Welcome to our online Mindfulness Group! Join us on Zoom for a supportive environment to learn about mindfulness techniques and connect with like-minded individuals over 8 weeks.
Our approach focuses on harnessing strengths and fostering growth, creating a supportive environment for personal development. Please note that this group is designed for individuals seeking to enhance their self-compassion and is not suitable for those with complex mental health issues or significant risks.
In the program, participants will:
- Understand how self-compassion works
- Develop insight into thinking, feeling and behavioural aspects of self-compassion
- Learn ways to manage unhelpful thinking styles and unhelpful behaviours
- Practice helpful skills and behaviours in a supported way through group interaction and practice tasks in between sessions
We warmly invite you to join us on this journey toward greater self-compassion and well-being. Prospective participants are kindly asked to undergo a brief eligibility screening to ensure that the group aligns with their current needs and goals.
