    • This 1-day workshop is inspired by the show "Limitless" with Chris Hemsworth. Discover how limitless you can be.
    • Progressive stress tolerance & resilience strategies, informed by big wave surfing, extreme sports, modern psychology, and yoga. 
    • Focus on real-world applications of breathing & mindfulness techniques. 
    • Set a new benchmark of you're capabilities. 
    • This is an opportunity to experience elite-level methods typically out of reach and have some fun along the way.

    Workshop Highlights:

    • Inspired by "Limitless": Drawing inspiration from the series "Limitless" featuring Chris Hemsworth.
    • Dynamic Activities: Participate in:
      • Breath control training
      • Ice baths with intention
      • Mindset training
      • Apnea training
      • Optional skydiving the following morning
    • Location: Cabarita Beach Farm
    • Mental Strength: Our approach goes beyond physical endurance, focusing on the power of the mind and harmonisation of the nervous system.
    • Skills for Thriving: Learn strategies to prosper in adversity through advanced mindset and breathing techniques. Bolster your resilience and empower you to confront life's challenges with confidence.
    • Team Building: Ideal for corporate groups, fostering bonds of shared experiences and collective achievements.

    The Purpose

    In my ten years as a skydiving instructor, I saw so many people open their minds to a new outlook on life. This is what I hope for you with 

    "Mindfulness in Action"

    Good things happen in threes, this is why there are three challenges for you to overcome. By placing yourself into challenging experiences you discover more about yourself and what you're capable of. 

    Even if you've done some of the challenges in this workshop, your new mission is to do them as calmly and mindfully as possible. 

    When you can do this, you'll realise that there's a whole new way of living life and taking on difficult projects. 

    Workshop Outline 

    Day 1: Harnessing the Power of Mind and Body

    • 9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Welcome & Introduction to "Mindfulness in Action"
    • 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Guided Breathwork Session
    • 11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Safety Considerations for Ice Bath & Mental Preparation
    • 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Ice Bath Immersion
    • 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Organic Lunch (provided)
    • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Breath Control Training & Apnea Theory
    • 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Pool Breath Hold Training
    • 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Debrief & Q&A

    Day 2: Elevate Your Limits

    • 7:00 AM: Skydiving Experience! This is Optional and not included in the workshop price. Please contact me directly to arrange.
