What others have said about Connections:

"I participated in the new all ladies group Mel is running. During
the group I learnt to be more aware of my surroundings and enjoy just
being in the moment which was such an invaluable lesson for me. Mel is a
very calming person to be around. I felt so heard. I can't recommend
this incredible lady and her business enough. Mel, thank you for all you
do! It's greatly appreciated."

"I joined Mel and 5 other ladies at Morpeth for an unknown 'Walk and
Talk session'. Mel created a safe environment which was self
-challenging at times yet tranquil and relaxing. Taking a moment to
truly appreciate nature and yourself. Time stood still and yet went so
fast within this wonderful connected group of total strangers yet so
familiar by times end. many thanks."
