Join Shan Cox and Veronica Arnold for an afternoon to reconnect to you and your natural sense of creativity.

You will experience two mindful practices designed to awaken your senses: a mindful ritual with a handmade petal tea and the creation of an impermanent nature mandala. Capture your mandala with a photograph to take home as a keepsake as well as enjoy your photograph being displayed temporarily in the Art Gallery.

We will practise techniques for slowing down and reconnecting with your creativity, so you will leave grounded and inspired.

Tickets $40, bookings essential.

About Shan Cox and Veronica Arnold

Friends and co-creators Shannon Cox and Veronica Arnold bring together their shared passion for soulful living through writing "Seasons of the Soul" book and journal. Combining Veronica’s background in plant magic, moon medicine, planetary rhythms, and Human Design with Shan’s work as an author and guide helping others trust their intuition and live in alignment with their soul’s rhythm, their collaboration blends insight, creativity, and heart. This workshop reflects some of the activities from this journal that draw inspiration from the natural world, inviting reflection, reconnection, and creative expression through nature’s cycles.
