Guided through simple mindfulness practices, you'll engage your senses and experience the garden in the present moment. Focusing on what you see, hear, feel, and smell. Enjoy the benefits of spending time in nature, including reduced stress, improved focus, and a greater sense of wellbeing and connection.

Drawing inspiration from the changing seasons, each session explores a different way of slowing down, paying attention, and cultivating presence. These sessions offer practical techniques that can be incorporated into everyday life.

Saturday Sept 19, 10-11.30am: September – Awaken: Awakening the Senses

As spring begins, slow down and rediscover the Garden through mindful observation, awakening your senses to the colours, sounds, textures and fragrances of the season. This session explores how sensory awareness and time in nature can restore attention, reduce stress and cultivate a deeper appreciation of the present moment.

Saturday Oct 17, 10-11.30am: October – Bloom: Growing with Intention

Inspired by the Garden in full bloom, this session invites you to reflect on the qualities you wish to nurture in your own life while exploring how mindful attention creates the conditions for growth. Through meditation, mindful walking and creative reflection, you'll discover practical ways to cultivate resilience, balance and wellbeing.

Saturday 21 Nov, 10-11.30am: November – Belong: Connection and Gratitude - Celebrate the abundance of late spring by exploring the interconnected relationships that sustain life in the Garden and our own sense of belonging within nature. Through mindfulness and gratitude practices, this session encourages a deeper connection with yourself, the natural world and the wellbeing that grows from feeling part of something larger.
