Let's meditate together!

Join me every second Tuesday as we gather together to connect inwards and explore the collective human experience.

Each class will include:

  • Welcome & group connection
  • An exploration of a theme (ie. gratitude, compassion) and how we can bring this more into daily life
  • A guided meditation
  • Opportunities to ask questions and share your experiences

What you'll get from these sessions:

  • Learn meditation practices from the Buddhist Insight tradition
  • Establish your own meditation practice at home
  • Learn techniques to help you to live with more joy, ease, peace, and love
  • Have the opportunity to ask questions about your own practice
  • Connect with likeminded community
