Start your weekend with clarity and inner peace by joining our Friday night meditation class. You'll learn simple mindfulness techniques you can use throughout your day, as well as longer guided meditations designed to cultivate stillness and deep relaxation.
The class is friendly, welcoming, and easy to follow. I’ll guide you through 1 to 3 different practices—some done sitting up, others lying down—so you can find what works best for you.
