Take a moment to get your senses in touch with nature during a garden-based mindfulness session.
Soothe the soul and engage the senses during this intimate and feel-good session of mindfulness.
Mindfulness can be used as a helpful tool for reducing stress and improving health and well-being.
You'll feel blissfully grounded in the moment during this unique experience through sights, scents, sounds and textures on offer in the beautiful setting of Mount Lofty Botanic Garden.
Prepare to experience the garden in a way which you never have done before.
This is an outdoor workshop so please dress accordingly to the weather conditions on the day.
Nature Based Wellbeing at the Botanic Gardens and State Herbarium are indulgent and unforgettable experiences for the soul and senses, and will equip you with life-long skills to nourish your wellbeing and relationship with nature.
