This Sunday, March 15th, I’ll be hosting a Mindfulness Morning to help raise money for 20 Talk - a mental health charity that helps to educate young people, giving them the tools to better manage their own mental health, improving mental health literacy and removing stigma.

Mindfulness Morning - Event Details

🌀7:45 - 8:00 - Arrive to Brighton Reserve nice and early - take the time to settle in

🌀8:00 - 8:15 - Introduction and meditation

🌀8:15 - 9:00 - Slow Flow Yoga

🌀9:00 - 9:15 - Journalling

🌀9:15 - 9:30 - Sea Dip and coffee after at Livid Skate Cafe

👙Togs and a Towel (if you fancy a dip)

PS wrap up warm as the morning may be cold.

Mindfulness, movement, nature and connection are some core principles that can help us to manage our own mental health.

So this Sunday carve out some time to nurture your own mental health, while also supporting a cause that aims to nurture the mental health of others.

$120 puts a young person through a one day mental health maintenance course with 20 talk - teaching young people how to navigate their own mental health before reaching a crisis point - picture the difference this one day could make if it caught someone at the right time.

All money raised will be going towards my 20 Hours for 20 Talk fundraiser.
