These researched based mindfulness practices will support your nervous system in becoming more resilient, relieving stress, reducing pain, as well as finding clarity around who you are and who you want to become.

If you would like, join us after each session for a beverage (not included in ticket price. // 21+ for libations) and to chat about what has come up for you. I don't drink, but they have really good kombucha!
