6 FREE Mindfulness Sessions at the MAC (Mission Australia Centre) will start on 21st February for 6 weeks.

We are so pleased to respond to what community asked for. These sessions will help build skills in reducing stress, relaxing the nervous system and finding more calm in our lives.

The Meditation Sessions are open to the public to attend so please let your clients, neighbours, anyone interested, know to come along. Community workers are most welcome to join also!

Numbers are limited. The preference is to come to all sessions, but people can drop in for one session to try it out.

Sessions are 10-11am Tuesdays on:

The 1 hr session will be followed by a cuppa and chat.

These soft entry points assist in breaking down social isolation, learning new skills for resilience and creating opportunities for referrals to targeted support services.
