Take a break from the everyday hustle and bustle--join us for a morning of reflections on our mortality and explore how that can shape our perspective on life. In a calm and relaxed setting, we will engage in mindfulness practices, guided discussions, creative exercises, and practical applications including a life review and an ethical will.

Space is limited to 10 people; a light lunch will be provided.
