Minds Like Ours ADHD workshops are designed specifically for adults with ADHD who want to learn about their brains and nervous systems, work out how to stop fighting themselves and create change that feels sustainable. It is also an opportunity to connect with other people who share similar brains and experiences in a cosy yurt on the South Downs.

These workshops blend psycho-education with coaching, so you'll gain understanding and tools you can actually use. This will also be a warm and welcoming space to connect and share with people who understand ADHD from their own lived experience.

We will explore the neuroscience of ADHD, what's actually happening in the brain, why the interest-based nervous system means motivation works differently for you and how executive function affects everything from getting started in the morning to finishing what you begin.

The plan is for you to gain a clear and compassionate picture of how your brain works and leave with practical tools you can use straight away.
