Meet Chris Walker

Chris is a seasoned Health and Wellbeing Expert with over 10 years of experience in the holistic health world.

He is known for his first-hand experience in overcoming a mini-stroke, severe anxiety, depression, alcoholism and building a health and well-being brand known internationally through his podcast which is listened to in 54 countries, hosted luxury retreats and having worked with corporate companies to shift individuals from a surviving to thriving state in their personal and professional life.

After an upbringing coming from a single mother with spine abifida, no father, living in government housing and having periods of time where there wasn’t any food in the cupboards and no presents at Christmas. He truly understands the true essence of challenges in life and how we have a choice to survive or thrive in life and it all depends on our perspective and the choice we make.

Background and Experience:

Certified in: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Functional Breathing, Personal Training, Strength and Conditioning and a Sports Nutrition Advisor.

Experience: With a diverse background in his working career he has been exposed to working with high profile celebrities, influencers and successful entrepreneurs. Having worked with and collaborated with brands known nationally and internationally, these experiences have allowed him to truly connect and work with many inspiring people which has led him to hosting virtual events with up to 30,000 people involved around the world.

Despite being told by peers and teachers that he wouldn’t achieve anything in life, he still changed the narrative and rewrote his own story and so can you.
