- Please arrive 10min early at the In Tasman Room 2 to be seated and connect to the energy of the room. No entry after event has started to avoid disruption to the energy within The Wellness Room.

What is Spiritus Breathwork?

Please note: This is a light version of the standard connected breathwork version of Shamanic Breath or Breathe+ sessions hosted by Shane or Shane and Emily. This is not a full deep session. But all support and care will still be given during this session :)

SPIRITUS Breathwork. It's a combination of breath, sound, movement, somatic's and shamanic energies to guide the body into altered states of consciousness to help activate the Sympathetic Nervous System, and complete interrupted Nervous System cycles which may be frozen or stuck due to past trauma’s, experiences and/or chronic levels of stress. Then supporting the body through restorative phase to come back to homeostasis.
