Join us for a rooftop breathwork session and a full-body cold plunge to recharge your nervous system and clear your mind.

We meet at 5:50pm at Orquidea Cafe on Amsterdam. From there, we’ll head up to the rooftop space as a group. Please try to be on time so we can begin promptly at 6:00pm.

We’ll start with 15 minutes of guided breathwork to activate the body, calm the mind, and open up space for deep presence.

Afterward, we’ll move directly into a cold plunge experience. Cold plunging is a powerful practice that helps reduce inflammation, elevate mood, and build resilience—physically and mentally. Please bring a swimsuit and wear something comfortable and warm for before and after.

What Is Holotropic Breathing?

Holotropic breathing is a conscious, connected breathing technique that helps facilitate emotional healing, personal growth, and spiritual insight. The practice combines accelerated breathing with evocative music, guiding participants into a non-ordinary state of consciousness.

In this state, we can access deep inner experiences, release stored emotions, and explore the subconscious mind. It’s a safe, powerful modality intended to support mental, emotional, and sometimes physical healing.
