Just like your body needs nourishment and your car needs regular servicing, your mind deserves routine care too. The Mini Reset Retreat is a monthly wellbeing booster, a dedicated day to pause, recharge, and reconnect. Through soothing practices like yoga, meditation, and reflection, you’ll gently clear mental clutter and restore your inner balance, so you can move forward with greater clarity, calm, and resilience.

Join us for a deeply restorative day tucked away in the tranquil hills of Belair — a retreat designed to help you step out of doing and ease into simply being.

Retreat focus: Reclaiming joy in life

During this retreat, you’ll be invited to settle into stillness, embrace the beauty of non-doing, and reconnect with the inner peace and joy that have always been within you. Through guided meditation and nurturing practices, we return to a place of calm, clarity, and quiet contentment.

What’s included

This retreat is designed to replenish your body, calm your mind, and reconnect you with your inner world. Throughout the day, you'll be gently supported through practices that bring you back to balance — from the outside in and the inside out.

Movement to reawaken the body – Enjoy a grounding Hatha yoga session to clear tension, rebalance energy, and invite a sense of lightness and vitality.
Deep renewal practices – Experience the calming power of Yin Yoga and the soothing tones of singing bowls – slow, nurturing sessions that invite deep rest, rejuvenation and inner stillness.
Meditation to open the heart – Be guided inward through a series of meditations that gently reconnect you to the joy and peace within.
Quiet time to reflect and integrate – Enjoy moments of journaling, stillness, and gentle connection with others and yourself. Bask in the space to process what arises, and honour your own inner world.
Wholesome food – Savour a thoughtfully prepared, delicious lunch, as well as nourishing light refreshments throughout the day. It’s simple, satisfying food made with love.
A natural setting that invites stillness – Relax in the peaceful bushland of Nunyara, where the trees, open sky, and still air, provide the perfect setting to reconnect with nature and yourself.

All practices are trauma-informed and suitable for all levels. No prior experience is necessary.

Who this retreat is for

This retreat is for those whose inner voice has grown quiet — who feel a little lost in the noise of everyday life. It’s for the ones whose days have started to blur together, who can’t quite remember where they end and everything else begins. If that sounds familiar, consider this your gentle sign to pause, to step back, to come home to yourself.

This retreat is a chance to step out of motion and into stillness. It’s a day to remember what it feels like to be grounded, present, and deeply at ease in your own skin.

Why this retreat matters

In the busyness of everyday life, it’s easy to forget the quiet power that lives within us. We lose touch with our resilience, overlook our inner wisdom, and silence the gentle voice of intuition that’s always trying to guide us.

This retreat is your invitation to step away from the noise and return to what’s real. It’s a chance to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the strength, clarity, and calm that have been with you all along — waiting patiently to be remembered.
