- Movement to reawaken the body – Enjoy a grounding Hatha yoga session to clear tension, rebalance energy, and invite a sense of lightness and vitality.
- Deep renewal practices – Experience the calming power of Yin Yoga and the soothing tones of singing bowls – slow, nurturing sessions that invite deep rest, rejuvenation and inner stillness.
- Meditation to open the heart – Be guided inward through a series of meditations that gently reconnect you to the joy and peace within.
- Quiet time to reflect and integrate – Enjoy moments of journaling, stillness, and gentle connection with others and yourself. Bask in the space to process what arises, and honour your own inner world.
- Wholesome food – Savour a thoughtfully prepared, delicious lunch, as well as nourishing light refreshments throughout the day. It’s simple, satisfying food made with love.
- A natural setting that invites stillness – Relax in the peaceful bushland of Nunyara, where the trees, open sky, and still air, provide the perfect setting to reconnect with nature and yourself.
All practices are trauma-informed and suitable for all levels. No prior experience is necessary.
