As the day unfolds, you’ll enjoy gentle movement, stillness, and reflection — each practice offering space to soothe the body, settle the mind, and awaken the spirit:
- Hatha Yoga – A revitalising practice to de-stress and energise the body.
- Yin Yoga & Sound Bowl Healing – Deeply restorative sessions that include vibrational healing from soothing tones of singing bowls to release tension and invite stillness.
- Guided meditation – A series of heart-centred, guided meditations including a powerful practice to re-ignite your inner strength.
- Reflection and connection – Space to pause, journal, and reconnect with your sense of self.
- Nourishing food – Nutritious and wholesome food to nourish your body and mind.
- Tranquil surroundings – Where birdsong, fresh air, and open skies support your return to stillness.
All practices are trauma-informed and suitable for all levels. No prior experience is necessary.
