Hatha Yoga – A revitalising movement practice to release stress, reawaken energy, and bring the body back into balance.

Yin Yoga & Sound Bowl Healing – A meditative and deep restorative session of slow, grounding yoga practice and soothing tones of crystal sound bowls to remove blockages, release stress and calm the body.
