Join Danica (Mum of 3 year old Rueben) for an afternoon of relaxation, nature, mindfulness and a short guided meditation.

This mini retreat is for parents and caregivers to rest, recharge and set some positive intentions for the year ahead.

We'll explore emotions, make space for relaxation, nature connection, conversation & yummy treats.

Cost: $49 per person (Afternoon tea & a hot cuppa tea included)
