7pm Mini Sound Immersion at Gaia Wellness & Recovery Open Evening

Gaia Wellness & Recovery welcomes you to come and experience the studio on our open evening on the 29th February, part of this experience is a mini sound immersion session upstairs with the wonderful Sharnelle from Love You Healing.

These are for you to receive a taste of what a full sound immersion session is. Sound waves are sent through your body creating natural waves of unadulterated sound that both feed & strengthen the being as a whole. The sound allows old, stagnant and unhealthy energies to be cleared away, transformed and replaced with new, clear, pure, harmonic vibrational energies.
