What you can expect: Yoga flow while workshopping yoga asana postures. Breathing techniques and how to regulate your nervous system. Time to meditate and reflect.

An introduction to yoga philosophy and how to weave that into your practice. Relaxing restorative yoga practice. Nibbles, tea and water provided.

We will provide yoga blocks, straps and mats, of course you are welcome to bring your own. Bring along a blanket and a bolster if you have one, if not then a couple of pillows work well. Numbers are limited to a maximum of 16.
