Mini & Me

Class runs each Wednesday 11am -12pm during the Term 4 period. (Wednesday 15 Oct - Wednesday 17 Dec ).

$150 includes 10 Classes ($15.00 per class. Single 'drop in' classes not available for booking, as to keep the group consistent for the mini's).

A slow paced yoga class for parents with little ones. Expect all the juicy goodness of a regular slow flow yoga practice in a casual environment.

Breath, stretch and strengthen on your mat whilst your mini either joins in, naps or plays near by.

The class runs for 60min, with a green light to arrive late or leave early as needed that week.

This practice is all about embracing the wildness and savouring the peace.

Suitable for mini's 12 weeks - 4 years of age.
