Miniature Golf at Brickopolis, OKC - A Healthy Habits Field Trip

EPIC Families,

Join us for a Healthy Habits field trip on Wednesday, November 6th to Brickopolis in Oklahoma City! Students will enjoy engaging in activity while playing Miniature Golf.  We will be playing one round of miniature golf. 

Epic Field Trip COST:

• Students: $7.00
• Adults: $7.00
• Parking: Parking along the street requires payment through parking meters.
• Parking: FREE parking is located behind and beside Harkins Theater.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE: Upon arrival, please check in with an Epic staff member who will be in Epic gear. They will provide you with a paper copy of the agenda. We’d also love to see you sporting your Epic gear!

ITINERARY:

• 12:45-1:00 - Arrival & Check In 
• 1:00-2:30 - Miniature Golf
• 2:30 - Conclusion of Field Trip 

POLICIES: This Epic field trip is not free and the learning fund cannot be used to pay for this field trip. However, scholarships are available for Epic enrolled students.  If your Epic student would like to be scholarshipped, please indicate that in his/her registration ticket. Some activities at Brickopolis will have an additional cost.  If your student wishes to participate in those activities that will be at your own expense.  You will register using Humanitix which will hold your spot for the field trip as a reservation. Parents, please register yourself and each of your Epic students who will be participating. This enables the school and the location to staff and plan appropriately. Our field trips do have a maximum capacity. Therefore, we ask that when registering your students, you only register Epic enrolled Pre-K through 12th grade students so that the spots are filled by our students.

Students cannot be dropped off to attend a field trip without a parent or guardian, unless they are driving age and drive themselves. You will need your student’s Epic ID number when signing up for the field trip in Humanitix.

MEDIA: This is a public event, and photographs and or video may be taken during the activity. If you would prefer that your student not be photographed or videoed, please let our Epic staff know during check in.

CANCELLATIONS: As a reminder, if you sign up to come but are unable to make it, please cancel your reservation using your Humanitix confirmation email. This will open up spots for other families.

1. Go to Humanitix Confirmation Email
2. Click on "Manage Order"
3. Click "Refund/Cancel"
4. Select ALL or manually select the tickets you need to cancel
5. Click the "Cancel" button 

Inclement Weather Plan: If we have inclement weather, we will send out communication by email through Humanitix to let you know if the field trip has been canceled.
