Ministry Booster: 5 Unseen Pressures on Church Leaders
Event description
Topic: Church leadership isn’t easy at the best of times. What can make it harder than it needs to be are five unseen factors within the role that put pressure on leaders and reduce their wellbeing and effectiveness. These pressures are so familiar for so many that it can be assumed they are just part of the territory. When these factors are identified, and resilience is built towards them, leaders report greater freedom, enjoyment, and effectiveness as they work with Him to what He has called them. In this presentation, Richard will outline the five unseen pressures and how we can build health and resilience within the role of leader to have a greater experience of who God has made us to be and to fulfil better what God has called us to do.
