Hello beautiful women!

Welcome to my first Soul Session where I will be leading you through my signature sensual movement and breath work meditation class.

I have been taking my clients through this routine in our one on one sessions and now I wish to share this potent healing modality in a group setting.

Please bring a pen and journal. Along with two lists: one consisting of something you wish to let go of and the other list of something you wish to call in so we can make the most of this class.

This is also a platform to share my women on @Bridgingwomensworlds so we will have some surprises for you by the women coming!
