Miramar Turns 100 - Dinner!

Miramar Salvation Army is turning 100... and you're invited to the party!

We can't wait to celebrate all that God has done in and through The Salvation Army Miramar over the past 100 years! As part of our celebration weekend happening on 15-16 August, you're invited to a delicious dinner together on Saturday 15th from 5.30pm.

This will be an evening of kai, connection and entertainment. We have a delicious catered dinner and dessert lined up, along with live music, interactive moments and celebration, and devotions from a past Miramar icon.

Book your seat at the big Miramar Celebration feast - it will be a great evening for all ages together!

Venue and meal info:

Our evening together is at Ākau Tangi Sports Centre in Kilbirnie (previously ASB Sports Centre). We will be based upstairs in the Mātairangi room - there is lift access to this area. Ākau Tangi has a large amount of free parking onsite.

The meal is catered onsite and includes a main meal of protein, vegetables, bread and salad, as well as dessert - delish! (You can note dietary requirements when booking).

Ticket info:

While the rest of our the weekend's schedule is free/no booking required, our celebration feast dinner requires tickets to help cover some of the cost of the meal and help the caterers prepare enough kai for us all! Miramar Salvation Army is subsidising each ticket to make this more accessible for everyone.

Adult: $25 per person
Children 5-14 years: $12 per person
Under 5s: no cost

We don't want ticketing/cost to be a barrier for anyone so we have planned ways to make this possible for people - please reach out - we'd love for you to be there.
