Hall-of-famer 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐊 and queer trailblazer 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 take over the decks all-night - from 11pm to 3am - Friday 12th July at Misc.

Two perpetual mainstays of Naarm dance music, 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐊 and 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 have been involved in the culture for decades in just about every form. 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧's bossed it at the omnipresent Skylab Radio, the twisted Club D'Erange, and Wax'o Paradiso; 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞 at pioneering feminist collective LISTEN and "gay ass disco” The Outpost.

𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐨𝐧's a chameleon when it comes to his DJ style, balancing cosmic synths with gritty acid and placing bubbly bangers alongside the absurd. 𝐊𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞 as a DJ is versatile as she is skilled, tying together jacking 00s dance music with warm basslines, uplifting melodies, and tight mixing.
