The House and the Porter Family welcomes you.
Inside, it looks just like the type of house your grandmother would live in.
In fact it IS a house where women once lived - and the ladies still make sure that the house is safe and protected by their energies.
Miss Porters is the perfect place for first time ghost hunters as we provide small group experiences with lots of opportunity to explore the spaces and take part in experiments where we try to reach out to make connections with any spirits that are there when we are.
We provide a respectful and safe environment where will will take care of you and especially the house and its custodians.
Bring a group of friends for a private event (birthday/girl's night out) or join our next ghost tour night at Miss Porters.
We have a COVID SAFE capacity of 8 people only.
This is AN INVESTIGATION NIGHT - you will be a ghost hunter.
You will have the opportunity to see and use ghost hunting equipment provided by OZ PARATECH and Anne Rzechowicz and explore how to tap into your psychic potential with Renata Daniel from Newcastle Ghost Tours.
We will be there to guide, teach and assist you.
Cost is $65 pp
Time: 7pm to 9pm
Meet up at front gate outside the house at 434 King Street Newcastle West.
Please do not attend if you are unwell or have recently been to any Covid HOT SPOTS - our priority is your health and the safety of Miss Porters House.
Parking is difficult (no parking in front)
There is street parking around the area and at Market Town car park.
