Miss Sahara is a national beauty pageant that celebrates the diversity of women of African heritage in Australia, showcasing the diversity of African women and culture.

Miss Sahara is underpinned by a participant's ability to advocate and raise awareness of Africa’s diverse and rich cultures and allow them to present themselves as ambassadors of success. Miss Sahara facilitates personal growth and skill development to continually empower women to accomplish their life goals and dreams.
