There's no better way to start your morning.

Come along for a relaxed walk around Westhaven Marina, and a free coffee. Whether you're looking to meet new people, get out of the house, or simply start your day differently, we'd love to have you along.

All men are welcome. You don't need to be single or a Compatico member to join us.

Who's joining us?

Walking with the group will be Compatico Team Member Tim Hight, who'll be helping lead the walk.

We'll also be joined by Peter Bristow from Elevate Wellness Co. Peter is a wellness coach with more than 25 years of experience helping busy men improve their health, energy, mindset and overall wellbeing in realistic and sustainable ways. After the walk, Peter will share a few practical tips for looking after your health, followed by an opportunity for questions over coffee.

Timing

6.30am – Meet outside Mensa Wynyard Ccafe

6.40am – We head off for a relaxed walk around Westhaven Marina

7.20am – Return to Mensa Wynyard Cafe for a complimentary coffee, a short chat from Peter Bristow, and the chance to connect with the group

7.45am – Wrap up

It's free, it's relaxed, and it's a great way to start the day while meeting some good people along the way.
