Hello @FirstName, and congratulations on your little one's arrival.

Please check your junk or spam folder. Your booking confirmation often lands there, so have a quick look now and pop it into your inbox so it's easy to find later. Everything you need is below too, and it's all in that booking email if you'd like it again.

Hello @FirstName,

Thank you for booking Mistletoe & Moonlight, our Christmas Baby Spa. I'm really looking forward to welcoming you all. Your Humanitix confirmation has the details, and here's what to expect.

When: Sunday 13 December, 10.30 to 12

Where: Graft Pilates, Kings Heath

If you've not been before, Graft Pilates is a dedicated wellbeing studio, calm and intimate. All the cafe culture of Kings Heath is right on the doorstep, and the park is a short walk away. There's a car park with 90 minutes free parking at Aldi, one road across, and residential parking on nearby roads. Please check the local signage and plan your route and parking around the LTN. There's some limited space for prams, though a carrier is preferred.

We'll start a little after 10.30, once everyone has arrived and settled. Each family will have their own space with a baby bath, towels and everything set up. The water will be warm and ready, and the room cosy.

Please bring a spare nappy, a change of clothes or sleepsuit for after the bath, a muslin, and any usual comforts. If your little one has a favourite cuddly toy or book, bring that too. Partners and older siblings are very welcome, and siblings will have a little job of their own.

One important thing. Please let me know before the session if your baby has any skin conditions such as eczema, is feeling unwell, or has had vaccinations in the few days before. We'll just leave the jab sites alone. If there are any health concerns, including premature birth, do check with your health visitor or GP before you come.

Keep an eye on your inbox for any updates, and feel free to message me on Instagram any time before the session.

See you under the mistletoe.

Aimee
