It gave me so much more than I expected
Aimee created a lovely, safe atmosphere where there was no judgement, even when he had a cry or feed. It gave me a chance to build my confidence connect with my baby and make friends for life

Christmas Baby Spa
Mistletoe & Moonlight
A slow, twinkly hour for you and your baby, held on a Sunday on purpose, so a second grown-up and an older sibling can share it too. For families or a solo parent.
Our baby spa is always a quiet session for just a few babies at a time, often with their family. Mistletoe & Moonlight dresses it for the season, with gentle festive decor, soft lights, seasonal sensory play, stories and music. Older siblings are included with a gentle role in caring for the baby, and a second grown-up learns those bonding massage skills too.
What's included:
A warm baby bath, with oat milk, petals or gentle bubbles, styled for Christmas
Mini- mani, pedi, facial and sensory 'treatments'
Water massage and gentle movement, among soft textures, sensory touches and music
Time to feed, cuddle and settle, unhurried
A small, festive role for older siblings
A warm Christmas drink and something sweet for you
And to take home, a video of every stroke and a PDF guide to follow at home, for anyone who'd love the full massage routine but can't commit to the weekly course
Numbers stay small, just a few families each session, so it stays calm and unhurried. A gentle antidote to a busy season.

A slow, cosy afternoon to gather in, before Christmas gets busy.
Usually most suitable from around 6 weeks until babies become able to crawl approx 9 months. In most cases, premature babies would attend in line with their adjusted age (dependent on their medical history)
Just whatever you’d normally bring for yourself and your baby. Mats, oils and class materials are provided.
Sessions include bathing, bedtime rituals, aroma, sensory treatments, baby massage, postnatal support Q&A, responsive settling, and space to slow down a little together. The atmosphere is calm and unhurried.
Something easy to remove and put back on comfortably. Babies are usually massaged in just their nappy so they can enjoy skin-to-skin contact and movement freely. something comfortable for you to sit in.
Absolutely. The session is a wondeful bonding experience for up to 3 adult guests and your baby. Siblings are warmly welcome to attend if they would enjoy the calm peaceful atmosphere with respect to other attendees.
The environment is designed to feel warm, calm and responsive to babies’ needs. Feeding, changing, cuddling, moving around and taking breaks are all completely welcome.
There are car parks off the high street, pay to park, and 90 minutes free options at Aldi and Asda. There is also residential parking nearby.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, but there’s never any pressure to socialise at all. Conversation is facilitated or tends to happen naturally and is optional. Some mums choose to meet up after the classes.

All the while mums are able to wind down, reflect and connect with other mums. Would definitely recommend this baby class to new mums and take it up myself again if I had another.
