Join us at Mito Core for a gathering of curious minds to explore adaptive therapies and cellular regulation in a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

MONDAY 29th JUNE - 2:30pm - 5pm

This group is designed for people who are interested in learning about and discussing approaches to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether you’re experienced in using adaptive therapies at Mito Core or simply curious to learn more, you’ll find an open space for connection, shared experiences, and thoughtful conversation.

What to expect:

A supportive, non-judgmental community session facilitated by GenBiome counsellor & health coach Naomi Lees
Discussions and support on adaptive therapies and wellness practices by Mito Core technicians Max and Lena
Sharing of personal experiences and insights
Opportunities to learn from others in a collaborative setting

Our goal is to create a space where people can explore new ideas, exchange knowledge, and support one another on their individual wellness journeys while engaging in adaptive technologies.

Anyone with an interest in health, resilience, personal growth, and integrative approaches to well-being.

Gentle modulation of activation and parasympathetic activity
Introduction to collaborative self care practices
The suggested circuit will be done in pairs and can be customised to individual preference and needs.
