Mixed Media Botanical Printing Workshop with Rachel Favelle

Using gel plates, fresh and dried leaves, flowers and other natural materials, you’ll create beautiful layered prints inspired by the shapes and patterns found in the natural world. Come along, experiment, get creative and discover the wonderful, often unexpected results that gel plate printing and mixed media can produce. You’ll leave with a collection of unique botanical prints and new techniques to continue exploring at home.

·      This workshop is designed as an introduction to gel plate printing and mixed media. No previous printmaking experience is needed. Please bring an apron or wear old clothes to this class.

·      What happens if we have to cancel last minute?

If you need to cancel please advise at least 24 hours prior to class. You will have credit  to attend another workshop in the future.

·      Is there wheelchair access and a bathroom on site?

Unfortunately, we do not have wheelchair access as my studio is located upstairs. We have a bathroom facilities available downstairs.

·      Is this workshop suitable for children?

This workshop is aimed primarily for adults or 16 years and above. If you have a teen that is attending with you and you would like to join, you are most welcome.
