After a successful career as a ballet teacher and becoming a Mum to 3 boys, Robyn began to practice Pilates to regain her strength and recover from injury. The benefits were life changing and Robyn trained to be a Pilates Instructor.

For the last 8 years, Robyn has taught thousands of people both in studio and online and believes that Pilates is truly for everyBODY.

Recently Robyn has taken up running and has completed 3 half marathons, with more planned. Robyn credits Pilates with her ability to run with strength, good posture and remain injury free.

Join Robyn for a Pilates Mat class in the beautiful Village Pilates studio, reconnect to your body and take some time for you. All levels are welcome and everything is provided.

Session will be in held in the Village Pilate Studio in the North Shore.
