Monthly Multi-disciplinary Movement Labs

Multi-disciplinary movement explorations playing the edge of art, health and practice as research, nourishment & insight

1-3pm, last Saturday of every month
(& a cuppa after)
~ with Camilla Maling @ Ergo Yoga

In this co-created, playful educational space; Body-Mind Centering (BMC), somatic inquiry, improvisation techniques, yogasana and freestyle movement, blend with various arts-based activities.

I bring some ‘nuggets of intrigue’ to move with and chew over for a couple of hours and we see what emerges - taking our discoveries with us out into the world.

Moving explorations supporting our dynamic humanity

This work contributes to the growing essential field of Kinaesthetic learning to…

Re-pattern habitual ways of thinking and doing
Know more about ourselves and our world
Create deeper connections with the people and the things we care about
Cultivate vitality
Explore new pathways
Generate strategies to use daily anywhere anytime
Build a community of like-minds committed to proactive engaged living

“I would love for moving to become as comfortable and rich a mode of inquiry and discussion, as reading, writing and speaking.”
~ Camilla
