UNIT OF COMPETENCY DETAILS

In addition to completing the workshop, participants will complete a nationally accredited unit of competency, 

NAT11226001 - Support Healthy Living, which will expand personal life skills and general knowledge and help improve mind and body health. This unit focuses on promoting and supporting healthy living practices for individuals and communities. It covers the fundamentals of nutrition, physical activity, and mental well-being. Learners will explore strategies for maintaining a balanced lifestyle, preventing common health issues, and encouraging positive health behaviours. The unit also emphasizes the importance of creating supportive environments and using resources to enhance health and well-being. It is suitable for individuals interested in enhancing their own health or supporting others in making healthy lifestyle choices.

*Prior to the day you will be required to enrol into the Accredited Skill Set via and online form from RTO #46087 using your USI Number and complete a short Language Literacy and Numeracy Assessment.
