Lift and Breathe combines the power of strength training with the transformative practice of breathwork to help you reconnect with your body, build resilience, and find your inner calm.

Ness, together with Nina - Prana & Co, will guide you to move, breathe, and leave you feeling stronger — inside and out.
Starting with a glute focus strength session with Ness, into a beautiful breathwork session with Nina and finally ending the session with a little connection, chats and warming red wine (or non alcoholic beverage) and nibbles.
