Modelling kindness: Starts with YOU!

Many of us encourage kindness in others, but we forget to be kind to ourselves.

This can lead to energy slumps, burn out, and illness. This way of being may also trigger feelings of anger and resentment towards the people we care about.

But there is good news! By learning how to adjust our thinking and behaviour, we can identify how to set healthy boundaries, accept help, and treat ourselves kinder.

Self-kindness is demonstrated to have mental, physical, and emotional benefits and help us develop healthier relationships.

What will I learn?

During this workshop you will learn about the importance of self-kindness, simple kindness practices, and how to set healthy boundaries with others.

Who will benefit from attending?

Anyone interested in self-development, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence. Suitable for anyone aged 18+.

About the facilitator:

This workshop will be run by Bronwyn Frazer. She is a communications specialist, health writer, clinical nutritionist, and author. She has a degree in Communications with a minor in psychology and a Health Science degree in Nutritional and Dietetic medicine which includes psychology and counselling.
