You heard correctly.

I have decided to design a public trial of Authentic You. For those who are curious and for those who want to build with me - I'd love for you to be a part of this.

Authentic You is a full-day immersive workshop designed to move people beyond ‘ticking the box’ and into genuine connection, presence, and authenticity. It blends cultural perspectives, reflective activities, and time on Country to create meaningful change in how individuals show up at work and in life.

Structure of the Day – How does the day look?

The day unfolds in three chapters:

• Chapter 1: Skin
  A guided naming process where participants identify and claim a part of themselves that may have been hidden or underused.
  Outcome: A clear sense of identity and starting point for the day.

• Chapter 2: Walkabout
  Guided solo time on Country, without phones or distractions. Participants carry reflective prompts, with optional silence and activities.
  Outcome: A deep personal reflection and insights sparked by nature and stillness.

• Chapter 3: Ceremony
  Coming back together to share, reflect, and close the day. Includes creative expression and optional group sharing.
  Outcome: integration of learning and strengthened group connection.
  

Conditions of entry:

> No solo attendees - bring a mate/colleague. You need at least one person who knows you (hence why you have to purchase 2 or more ticket)

> Wear comfy clothes (you'll see why in chapter 2).

> Come with an open mind and heart - Authentic You is designed as a deep exploration of self.
